    • Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, relational database architecture and RESTful APIs is needed.

  •  Senior Data Scientist, TargetSmart Communications, Remote - Must be based in the US, $110,000-$130,000

    • The company builds tools for forward-thinking campaigns, companies, governments, labor unions, and non-profits.

    • You'll be working with political, civic, or advocacy data

    • Knowledge of  SQL or Python and experience working across multiple database environments is needed

  • Senior Fullstack Engineer (Remote), Imagine Pediatrics, Remote - United States, $150,000-$170,000

    • You’ll be working on backend systems and architecture that enables pediatricians to seamlessly provide care for special needs children.

  • PyCon US is offering Travel Grants to those who might otherwise not be able to attend, as well as support diversity, inclusion, and outreach to speakers, students, and other attendees. Apply to PuCon US’ travel grant by February 25, 2026.

  • The Women of Security (WoSEC) is for women, and those who identify as women, who have an interest in cyber security. They are offering scholarships to attend the RSAC conference happening in March 2026 in San Francisco. Apply by January 21st.

  • Ahrefs is offering grants to support projects in the OCaml ecosystem. They invite individuals, teams, and organizations working with OCaml to submit proposals for funding. Read more about the grant and apply by January 20th.

  • If you are in NYC, support open science and data by volunteering with PyData NYC. They are the educational outreach arm of NumFOCUS and their goal is to support projects such as NumPy, Pandas, Polars, Scipy, JuliaCon 2026, Astropy, and many others. Join PyData NYC’s organizing committee.
