Formerly running SuperFriendly, a design system consultancy, Dan now spearheads Design System University, a 90-day program to empower designers in creating and sustaining a design system practice.

Drawing from his extensive 24-year career, Dan has released a new book, "Design That Scales: Creating a Sustainable Design System Practice." This book provides practical steps and processes for designers, engineers, and product managers to enhance their design systems. It offers valuable insights on constructing and managing design systems, as well as delving into evangelizing and measuring their success.
