In 2013, she initiated a crucial discussion on gender diversity by creating a GitHub repository, encouraging transparency among tech companies regarding their diversity statistics. As a founding member of Project Include, Tracy continues to influence and shape the field of diversity in technology.

With her new product, Privacy Party, Tracy provides a strong defense against the dangers of the digital world, with the promise: "We worry about privacy so you don't have to." Privacy Party helps individuals in reducing the risk of online vulnerabilities such as phishing, fraud, impersonation, and harassment.
